Michael Zimmer

God had seen that his faithful child had battled against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy long enough, so on Wednesday, June 22nd, at the age of 36 years, He called Michael to His side. Beloved son of Allen and Donna. Loving brother of Melissa and Mathew (partner of Ashley). Loving uncle of Matthew Jr., Sophia and Charlotte. Survived by Aunt Janice Lieber and Uncle Steve (Sharon) Zimmer other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his grandparents Harry and Jeanne Zimmer and William and Louise Lieber. Michael was a graduate of Brown Deer High School, Class of 1999. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 26th, at Loving Shepherd Church, 3909 W. Clinton Ave., Milwaukee, from 2 pm until 4 pm. Service following. Interment will be Monday, June 27th, at 11 am at Graceland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Loving Shepherd Church or MDA of Southeastern Wisconsin appreciated.
