Nancy Weyker

September 26, 1945 — April 23, 2024

It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of my beloved mother, Nancy Jean Weyker, who passed away on April, 23 2024 at the age of 78. Born on September, 26 1945 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Nancy grew up in Brown Deer, and later moved to Mequon, WI then retired to Ocala Florida. She spent the last several years of her life living with her son back in Wisconsin in the city of Thiensville. She was a dedicated and loving wife to my late father Richard Weyker, and a devoted mother to her only son. Nancy Weyker lived a fulfilling life and was a woman of many talents. She had a passion for animals and lived with many dogs throughout her life. She always made sure she was there when her son came home from school and dinner was always prepared when dad got home from work. The house was always clean and the beds were made every day. She helped with many projects around the home and made sure the outside grass was always cut. Nancy enjoyed planting flowers throughout every property she lived in. It always made things colorful and bright, especially when in full bloom. She enjoyed golf and playing sheepshead with many friends. Nancy worked for many years for the Mequon Thiensville School District at Oriole Lane Elementary School as a Librarian and substitute teacher. She was loved by her co-workers and students alike that Nancy just got along with everyone. Nancy was very dependable and always on time and cared about everything, especially her family. Nancy was a kind and generous soul, always putting others' needs before her own. Her love and compassion extended to all those who knew her, and she will be remembered for her infectious smile and warm personality. She will truly be missed and will forever be in my heart and memories. I will miss my mom tremendously. God rest her soul. A Celebration of Life to commemorate Nancy Jean Weyker will be held on Saturday, June 29th, at 417 Riverview Dr., Thiensville, WI 53092. Starting at 5:00 PM with fireworks at dusk.
