Patricia Herlache (nee Nerad) Born to Eternal life February 8, 2026 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Herlache Jr. for 66 years. Loving mother of Bridget (Vince), Daniel (Susan), Thomas (Jamie), John (Gillian), and James (Claudia). Proud grandmother of Adrian (David), Madeline, Samual (Emily), Jacob (Paige), Benjamin, and Ella. Cherished great-grandmother of Eleanor, Judith, and Louise. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
A graduate of Riverside High School in 1952, Pat worked at Mobil Oil after High School. Pat married her High School sweetheart and followed him to Germany as he served in the US Army. After returning to the Milwaukee area, she was a committed mother and wife until her children were grown. She then worked at Stein’s Garden Center and in the Pick ’n Save deli.
Pat was a generous, compassionate and strong-willed woman. She enjoyed gardening, and is known for her custom microwave corn bags which she generously gave away more than she sold. She will be dearly missed.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nursing staff (Rebecca, Letia, Johanna) and music therapist (Amelia) at Horizon Home Care and Hospice for the outstanding and compassionate care they provided in her final weeks.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 20, 2026 from 10-11 AM at Lumen Christi Parish, 2750 W Mequon Rd, Mequon, WI. Mass to follow at 11 AM, Internment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Mequon. Lunch to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to Family Sharing or a charity of your choice.
