Philip Wocelka

Age 61, of Greenfield, WI, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at his summer home in Kingston, WI. Philip was born on July 9, 1955, in Milwaukee, WI, the son of James and Carmella (Baumer) Wocelka. In 1973 he graduated from Whitnall High School in Greenfield, and in 1976 he married Sandra Lee Jeske in West Allis, WI. Philip served our country in the Air National Guard. He was Senior Master Sergeant and served in Desert Storm. Philip was an avid hunter and loved trap shooting. He was a league member of the Winchester Gun Club. Philip is survived by his wife, Sandra; children, Kelly Wocelka of Greenfield, Angela (Mike) Wehr of Waukesha, Joelle (Shawn) Kirkpatrick of West Allis and Kimberley (Allen Carpenter) Wocelka of Greenfield; grandchildren, Sabrina, Dakota, Kira, Alayna, Haydyn, Shayne, Liam, and Eli; a sister, Michelle (Randy) Miller of West Allis; a brother-in-law, Scott (Lin) Jeske of Ripon; and 3 nieces, Dena Jeske, Kasey Steinseifer, and Julie Klapper. Also survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 25, from 10 am to 12 noon at the Schramka-Borgwardt Funeral Home, 11030 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners, with a time of sharing at 12 noon. Military honors will be Wednesday, April, 26, 1 pm at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel, 21731 Spring St., Union Grove (Please meet at Cemetery Chapel).
