Phyllis Scheper

Phyllis Scheper lost her battle with asthma on March 4th 2024. Phyllis lived a long and loving life with her husband Robert who she was married to for 58 years. Mother of Wendy and Rob. Mother in law to Amy Scheper and grandmother to Charley Brinks. Phyllis is preceded in death by her daughter Dawn. In respect of Phyllis's wishes there will be no services. Her hope was you remember her as the vibrant artist and animal lover. In liue of flowers the family asks for donations to the Washington Human Society.
