Ramona (Mona) B. Morrisey
Found her peace and reunited with her husband, John D. Morrisey, Monday August 24, 2026, at the age of 97. She was preceded in death by her two sons, Timothy P. Morrisey, and Colin M. Morrisey and her brother, Robert Rozek. She was the mother of 7 children and cared for all duties related to domestic and guidance of her children through challenges and celebrations. She was active as secretary to the Military Reserve Association related to her late husband’s Naval duties and reservist Captain status. She found her greatest joy in her “retirement” years when she was employed at Lazy Boy showcase shop (Germantown and Southside) as a receptionist from ages 67 to 80 finding excitement in duties to serve others and accumulated close and lasting friendships.
She is survived by her sister Delores Heysek and her sister-in-law, Priscilla Rozek and 7 nieces and nephews. A caring and dedicated mom of Kathleen (Stephen) Porter, Maureen (Christopher) Greene, Coleen (predeceased in death, Mark) Wasescha, Sean Morrisey, and Daniel (Lisa) Morrisey.
Further survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life for Colin M Morrisey, deceased age 58, on January 31, 2025, will be done at the same time listed below.
Visitation will be held at St Mary’s Parish, N89W16297 Cleveland Ave, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 · on Friday, September 4, 2026, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Funeral Visitation and Viewing followed by Mass of Catholic Faith at 10:00 AM. Private Burial Services to Follow (Resurrection Cemetery, Mequon WI)
