Of Amberg, WI, formerly of West Allis, Wi. passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday April 16, 2026, age 76, after complications from his long battle with COPD.

Randy enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1966 at the age of 17 and served his country in Vietnam until 1969 earning two purple hearts and two bronze stars and numerous other medals. He again enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1975 where he traveled the world and served his country until 1989. Randy drove school bus, tour coach, and eventually became an over the road truck driver until he retired. He loved to travel. He and his wife bought a "summer home" in the beautiful Northwoods of Marinette County, Wi. where they planned to retire. The lord had other plans, along came three little girls who needed to be cared for. The next 15 years were dedicated to raising those little girls into the beautiful young women they are today. Randy was fortunate to have raised two separate families in his lifetime. He was a loving, caring, patient man whom his children all love. He will be truly missed by so many. May we all take comfort in the fact that he lived a full adventurous life and is now resting peacefully and finally retired. There was nothing Randy loved more than spending time with his blended family as his health permitted.

Randy is survived by his loving wife of nearly 25 years Debra Klump (nee Piotrowski), children Craig "Luke" (Teresa) Klump, Carl (Tamara) Klump, Kayla Klump (Al), Amy (Scott) Hale, and three honorary daughters(also granddaughters) Alannah, Abigail and Amani, whom he raised with his wife Debra. Grandchildren Stevie Kay (Al), Hailey, Alicia, Amanda (Mackenzi), Avian, Steven, Zachary, Mackenzie, Logan, Alec, Desirae, Mitchell, Breana (Matt), Jennifer (Casey) and Ashley M., many great-grandchildren, two bothers Edward "Eddie" Klump and Ronald (Arlene) Klump, two sisters-in-law Lavonne "Bonnie" (Chris) Newkirk and Wendy (Brian) Hering, a brother-in-law Phillip ( Laurie) Schneider, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, and his dogs Riley and Peanut.
