Richard Jacobi

September 8, 1934 — May 5, 2018

Jacobi, Richard C. Returned home to the Lord on May 5th after a very long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Cherished husband of Constance (Jaskolski) for 61 years and adored father of Christopher (Karen) and Jennifer (the late William Sieghold). Grandfather to Leah, Josh, Ross, Jessica, Amber, Lauren, and 12 precious great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by sister Gerry Schueller and brother Leroy. Sadly missed by very special nieces and nephews and many treasured wonderful friends. Dick was a talented tool designer who worked for Harley Davidson for many years. He proudly served his country in the Army for two years. Later in life he contributed many hours of volunteer work to Rivers Edge Nature Center and Schlitz Audibon Nature Center. Among his interests were fishing for the elusive musky, camping, cheering the Packers, and bicycle riding weekly with his wonderful group of bicycle friends. He enjoyed lifelong friendships with Pat and Ron Heinritz and numerous other loyal and supportive people who were special blessings to both Connie and Dick during the final difficult years of his illness. Endless gratitude to all. Celebration of Dick's life will be on Saturday, May 12 from 10-11 AM with Mass at 11 AM at St. Mary's Parish, N89W16297 Cleveland Ave, Menomonee Falls. Interment to be private. No flowers please. If so desired, contributions to the charity of your choice.
