Robert Brugman

Robert W. Brugman, age 91, born in South Dakota and a long time resident of the Eastside of Milwaukee, passed away on November 25, 2018 at Meadowmere North Shore Senior Living Center in Mequon. Preceded in death by his parents Oddie M. and Alice (née Hoover) Brugman, brothers (and sisters-in-law) Harold (Evie) and Jack (Elaine). Beloved uncle to Kathy Brugman (Sheila McGraw) and Robin Brugman and special great uncle to Katharine Mueller (Steven). "UBOB" will be greatly missed. He was very involved on his Lincoln HS Reunion Committee for many years and was affectionately known as the "Mayor of the Eastside." He was a true gentleman and served in the US Army during WW II as a Buck Sergeant. He retired from Northwestern Mutual. There will be no services per Robert's request.
