Robert Larsen

Larsen, Robert N. Passed away peacefully May 31, 2016 at age 89. Beloved husband of Marjorie Larsen for 67 years. Loving dad of James Larsen, Susan (Jeffrey) Backes, and Nancy (John) Hardee. Proud grandpa of Kari (Paul) Drew, Lindsay, and Emily Backes, Kelli (Michael) Lunsford, and Jaime Hardee, and great-grandpa of Lilly and Maya Drew. Loving brother of Howard "Casey" (Milly) Larsen. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Robert proudly served in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He worked at AF Gallun and Sons tannery in Milwaukee for over 40 years. He was selfless, kind, a good listener, and was well-liked by everyone. Robert always wanted to know what he could do for others. He lived life to the fullest and always with a smile. Funeral service will be Sunday, June 5 at 3:30 PM at Ozaukee Congregational Church, 1142 Lakefield Rd, Grafton. Visitation from 2:30 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the National Kidney Foundation of WI are appreciated.
