Robert "Bob" E. Schermacher

Passed away March 28, 2025, at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Cynthia (Whelan). Loving father of Jessica Schermacher (Liam Ingram) and Myka Schermacher. Beloved son of Robert W. Schermacher. Dear brother of Kim Messina, Kurt Schermacher, and Amy Mager. Preceded in death by his mother, Judith (Wilterdink) Schermacher. Further survived by his dog Yuki, other relatives, and friends.

Bob was a loving husband, father, neighbor, and friend. He was a great caretaker, known for his kindness, humor, and ability to fix anything—especially old radios, record players, and 8-track players. He loved his family, including his pets, vintage things, music, cars, and the Green Bay Packers. He loved language and was hard to beat in Trivial Pursuit. Bob appreciated nature and loved being behind a camera.

He will be dearly missed for his generosity, warmth, and unwavering support for those he loved. He brought joy to everyone around him. His legacy of love, curiosity, and craftsmanship will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
