Robert Shea

Born to Life May 30, 1927 - Born to Eternal Life October 29, 2018, age 91 years. Beloved husband of Agnita "Nita" (nee Reuland). Dear father of Robert (Judy), Dennis (Mary), William (Paulette), Judith (Rob) Henderson, Margaret (Terry) Curtis, Edward (Theresa) and Madalyn (Mike) Field. Fond brother of Ellen (the late Bob) Shiels and Mary Lou (Jim) Jennings. Also survived by 22 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Madalyn (nee Gearen) and William (Ursula) Shea, sister Miriam (the late Bob) Reagan and his baby brother Billy Shea. Robert and Nita were married on November 11, 1947. Robert Shea was in the US Marine Corps from 1945-1949, serving in China, Japan and the Island of Guam. He was a livestock dealer working in both the Chicago Union and Milwaukee Stockyards. Visitation Friday, November 2, from 10-11 AM at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 12801 W. Fairmount Ave., Butler, with a Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Memorials to the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Agnes Parish in Butler would be appreciated.
