Ronald Van Patten

Ronald C. Van Patten, age 90, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025.   He was born in Manitowoc, WI on April 14, 1935.  Ron is survived by his daughter, Terri (Shawn) Konzal, son Bradley, grandchildren Jenna and Brady, as well as his sister Marie (Leigh) Schroeder.  He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy (Kane), parents Everett and Silvena (Broeker) Van Patten, along with siblings Annette Junk and Lee Van Patten. Ron, also known as 'Van', was a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School.  On August 8 th , 1959, he married Dorothy Kane.  They were married for over 64 years, residing in Menomonee Falls, WI. He started working for Western Electric and later retired from AT&T. After retirement, they spent their winters at their home in The Meadows, located in Sarasota, FL.  An avid golfer, he spent many years as a member of the Wanaki golf course men's club. He loved his family very much and will be missed by many. A visitation to celebrate his life will be held on July 25 th , 2025, at St. Mary's Catholic Church located at N89W16297 Cleveland Ave, Menomonee Falls, from 9:30am – 10:30am.  This will be followed by a mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am.  The family will have a private inurnment at a later date.
