Our beloved mother, Sandra R. Fallin, with her family by her side, went home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 2, 2025. Full of love, laughter and resilience, she touched the lives of all who knew her.
Sandra is lovingly remembered as the cherished mother of Todd (Kay) Hillner and Jason (Rhonda) Hillner, devoted grandmother to Maddy (Vince) Falcone, Abby, Lauren, Lindsey, Landry, and Ryan Hillner, and dear sister of Sue (Mike) Stecher, Bob (Carol) and Gary (Cheryl) Salinger.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Ray and Lorraine Salinger, and her two daughters Sarah Beth and Jodi Rae Hillner.
Sandra was born April 8, 1938, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She was raised in Milwaukee, WI, and graduated from Rufus King High School in 1956. Sandra was a homemaker for nearly 20 years. She then went on to attend T.U. College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated in 1987 at the age of 49. Sandra spent the majority of her legal career as a social security/disability attorney, dedicated to helping those in need. In 2012 she relocated back to Wisconsin after living down south for 28 years.
Sandra loved being a member of Cornerstone Church, always desiring to deepen her relationship with the Lord. She was a devoted prayer warrior who played a key role in helping her family come to Christ.
To celebrate her life and the love of Jesus she shared with others, a memorial service will be held at Cornerstone Church in Grafton, Wisconsin on Friday, January 17th. A meet and greet with the family will begin at 11:00 am; the funeral service will follow at 11:30 am.
Our family would like to extend their appreciation to the many members of the Cornerstone Church family that helped mom stay engaged in bible studies and other community activities long after her dementia had progressed. We also give thanks for the loving care and attention that was given to her by the staff at Village Point Commons and Lily Hospice.
