(nee Steinbauer) Passed Away on September 8, 2026 at the age of 77. Beloved wife of Steven Smith. Loving mother of Valerie (Dean) Knetzger, Steve and Scott Niederdorfer; Stepmother of Dana (Mike) Monroe and Paul Smith. Dear Grandma of D.J. (Kate) Knetzger, Deanna (Blake) Schlieve, Maddex and Maddy Monroe, and Drew Smith. Great grandma of Anya Clare Schlieve and one on the way. Forever missed by Jake. Further survived by her sister, sisters-in-law, nieces nephews other relatives and friends. Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Velma Steinbauer, and Bo her faithful companion.
