Teri Van Ert

Of West Allis passed at her home on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at the age of 65. She was born on August 2, 1954, in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Edward and Margaret (nee Jasinski) Mueller. Teri is lovingly remembered by her children, Joseph Edward (Shannon Gleason) Van Ert and Tracie (Alan) Evans; grandson, Donovan Joseph Van Ert; former husband, Michael (Pamela) Van Ert and brother, Patrick (Sandy) Mueller. She is further survived by other family members and friends. Teri was preceded in death by her loving parents; sister, Judith Marie Mueller and her beloved cat Sammy. Teri worked for the Boston Store at the Mayfair Mall for 38 years. She was an avid WI sports fan; cheering on the Packers, Brewers, UW Wisconsin, and The Bucks. Teri was a History buff and Civil War Documentary enthusiast; or any Movie with Robert Downey Jr. in it. Most of all she loved spending time with family and her loving cat. A Memorial Gathering will take place on Sunday, October 13, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the Schramka Funeral Home, 13220 W. Capital Dr., Brookfield, WI 53005. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Teri's name to the American Diabetes or the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
