Born to Eternal Life April 28, 2015, age 72 years. Beloved husband of Karen Blegen. Dear father of Stacey (Danny) Kircher, Timothy Blegen and Kim Novak. Loving grandfather of Danny and Brandon Kircher, and Gracey Jo Blegen. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Tommy was a member of The Labor Local 113 for over 50 years. He was proud of his hard work and dedication to the concrete trade. Private services will be held for the family.
