Tony Stafford Born to Life December 25, 1959 in Oregon, IL. Born to Eternal Life February 7, 2024 in Menomonee Falls, WI. Beloved husband of Kathy (nee Hitz). Dear brother of Mary (Phil) Stafford-Santos and brother-in-law of Leonard (Sharon) Hitz, Steven (Valerie) Hitz, Tim (Barb) Hitz, and David (Beth) Hitz. Further survived by 18 nieces and nephews and their spouses, 30 great-nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Marie (Huber) Stafford and his sister Terry Stafford. Tony always loved to do projects and fix things, and after retirement he found great enjoyment in helping people, especially by doing projects for them. After driving semi-trucks for over 30 years, Tony delighted in driving a snow plow part time for Waukesha County and the Village of Menomonee Falls. Tony was a member of the Knights of Columbus local council 4240 in Menomonee Falls and he helped out the maintenance manager at St. Anthony with various projects. He enjoyed going on RV trips to visit family and friends, and loved dogs, puzzles, the produce from his garden, and going on long bike rides with Kathy on their new electric bikes. Tony will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 17 ^th from 10:30AM-12:30PM at St. Anthony Catholic Church, N74W13604 Appleton Ave, Menomonee Falls. Rosary 12:30 PM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 1 PM. Interment at St. Anthony Cemetery. Blue and yellow were Tony and Kathy's wedding colors so they would like it if you could wear something blue or yellow to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Knights of Columbus are appreciated.
