With deep sorrow and affection, we announce the passing of our mother, Vidwant Kaur, devoted wife of the late S. Amrik Singh Matharoo. She passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 96.
A mother’s love is a gift that remains with us forever. Though words cannot fully express the sorrow of losing someone so dear, the memories we share will continue to bring comfort and strength.
Vidwant Kaur touched the lives of those around her through her kindness, warmth, and presence. Her legacy will endure in the family she nurtured and in everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
She will be deeply missed by Jagmit Kalsi, Surinder Matharoo, Jaswinder Matharoo, Ranjit Kaur, and Parwinder Kaur, along with all those whose lives she enriched.
As we say goodbye to our mother, we find comfort in the enduring bond of family and the precious memories she leaves behind. Although she is no longer with us, our love for her will never fade.
Forever cherished, deeply missed, and always remembered.
