Virginia Nelsen

(nee Kranz) Born to Life on August 9, 1926 to Joseph Kranz and Anna Mueller Kranz. Born to Eternal Life on December 25, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Robert L. Nelsen. Dear mother of Robert J. (Susy) and Thomas Nelsen. Loving grandmother of Janelle (Matt) Peters, Shannon (Kieran) Rowe, and Holly (Dustin) Lawrence. Loving great-grandmother of Reilly, Jordan, Madeline, Claire, Dylan, Dominic, Zoe, and Ivy. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers Ken (Shirl) and Joe (the late Florence) Kranz. Ginnie was kind, gentle, and compassionate. She was loved by all. Private family services will be held. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
