William Gebhardt

Passed away unexpectedly May 3, 2018 at the age of 77. Survived by his significant other, Modesta "Mickie" Felske. Loving father of David (Silvia), Darren (Kris), Daniel, Valerie, and Cynthia. Proud grandfather of Sascha, Kevin (Alicia), Claudia, Tracy (Sascha), Kristi (Brandon), Samantha (Samual), Isabella, Brandon, Breanna, and Jacob, and great-grandfather of Julika, Jakob, Sophia, Joshua, Chandler, Noah, and Lilly. Fond brother of Carol (Jim) Nichols, Suzie (Tim) Zeman, and Robert (Julie) Gebhardt. Good friend of Karla Felske. Further survived by the mother of his children, Diane Gebhardt, and other relatives and friends. He will be sadly missed by his four-legged friend, Jazz. Bill was a teacher at MPS for over 35 years and served in the Army Reserves as a Lt. Colonel for 27 years, 2 of which were active duty. He was a Jack of all trades, hardworking, and always willing to give a helping hand. Bill enjoyed discussing politics and economics, and was an avid reader. He loved flea markets, traveling, dancing, and trying new restaurants. He will be dearly missed. A celebration of Bill's life will take place at a later date.
