William M. "Billy" Thoms Jr., Born to Eternal Life on December 4, 2015, age 41 years. Beloved son of Carol and William M. Thoms Sr. Dear brother of Andrew (Rhonda) Thoms. Loving grandson of Lorraine Kuchma. Also survived by other relatives and friends. A private family service for Billy will be held at a later date.
