Yvonne Weitzer

Born to Eternal Life on October 31, 2021, Yvonne (Hinz) Weitzer passed away early Sunday morning. Yvonne was born in Palatine, Illinois; the daughter of Frank and Alicia Hinz. She grew up in West Allis, Wisconsin; graduating from Holy Assumption Elementary School and Pius XI Catholic High School in Milwaukee. On November 11, 1961, Yvonne married Ralph Weitzer. They have been together in marriage for just short of 60 years. Yvonne worked as an executive assistant at the Schlitz Brewing Company (marketing department), and The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (where she retired in 2001). She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother (John Richards). She is survived by her husband Ralph, and children, Laura Weitzer of Las Vegas, Joanne Richards (husband Jeff) of Port Washington, and Jeffrey Weitzer of Hales Corners. She will also be deeply missed by sister in laws, brother in laws, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation Thursday, November 11, from 10-11 AM at the Schramka-Borgwardt Funeral Home, 11030 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners. A reception will follow the visitation.
