From Your Loving Sister, Lucy
My Dear Sister Karen, Merry Christmas in heaven, as you celebrate the birth of Jesus. Although we are missing you, especially during the holidays, I can only imagine what a spectacular celebration you are having with all our relatives in heaven. When I think of how happy you must be, as one of God's Angel helpers, than it comforts me, if only for a little while. I keep looking for messages from you and haven't received any yet, but I know you will surprise me someday when I least expect it. Just keep watching over all of us who love and miss you, hoping we will feel your presence occasionally. I finally heard from Katherine and was happy we can start communicating once again. Although, I was very saddened to hear that the siblings are having their problems and hoping the holidays will remind them of what they are missing and bring them close together again. I know you will find a way to get them back together soon. We had a nice Christmas with Brandon and family, although we were missing Monte and all our relatives who are with you now in heaven. When you always asked about Brandon, I'm sorry to say, I had to keep a secret from you while you were so sick, but now you know and I'm sure you understand and wish him well. You probably realize how happy and proud he is of his 2 babies and we are as great grandparents, as well. Brandon and Dannielle are very happy together and are very happy and devoted parents too. Now that I brought you up to date, I'll keep talking with you in my prayers and your photo. Until next time, never forget how much I love and miss you. Your Loving Sister, Lucy

My Dear Sister, Karen Happy Angel Date Anniversary! Although, I talk with you just about every day, I wanted to write a brief note today in honor of your first anniversary in heaven. I love and miss you so very much and keep looking for messages from you, but I haven't received any yet. I won't give up and will keep looking for signs from you, as you are probably very busy being one of God's best angel helpers this first year. In the meantime keep watching over us, I'll keep in touch and will see you when God calls for me. Love, Hugs & Kisses, Your Loving Sister, Lucy

"Happy Birthday" dear sister Karen, I can only imagine what a spectacular first birthday you are having in heaven with all our family members who are there with you and especially our Lord. Since I can't send a birthday gift, card or phone you anymore, I'm lighting a candle in memory of your birthday with this message. Do you know how much I miss you, especially our Sunday morning phone conversations? I only have your photo on my desk to speak to you now and hope you hear me when say "I Love You" and express how much I miss you. I keep looking for messages from you, but haven't received any yet, unless I'm missing them. Well, on second thought, perhaps that big beautiful yellow butterfly that fluttered by my kitchen window during lunch on Saturday was a sign of you sending me a message of love. I'll keep that as a message from you and will be looking for more to come. I don't hear from any of the family since you've been gone, except from Marty occasionally and don't know why they haven't kept in touch. Since I talk with you often in my prayers and your photo, you are well updated, so until next time, I send my love and Happy Birthday. Your Loving Sister, Lucy

In loving memory of a "gmother" that was so "BEAST"
To the coolest grandmother around; who always kept up on the latest lingo and made sure her grandchildren laughed, loved, and prayed.
