Obituary for Robert Patrick Gralton

Robert P. Gralton of Mequon died peacefully September 27th with his family by his side. He was born to the late Anne and Jim Gralton February 18th 1954. Bob graduated from Greendale High School and continued his education at UW-M earning his degree in economics as a member of the class of 1977. After working for the Federal Aviation Administration for over a decade he boldly set out on his own as an entrepreneur starting Clearwater Industries of Mequon. He settled in Mequon with his wife and four children and built their family home. His passion for flying and building airplanes continued throughout his life and he added to that a passion and natural ability for Ballroom Dance. Bob is survived lovingly by his wife Cindy of over 37 years, son John Gralton and wife Charlotte of Cedarburg, daughter Juliette Gralton of Portland, OR, son Andrew Gralton and wife Stephanie of Milwaukee, daughter Kate Gralton of Mequon, and four grandchildren Naomi, Cindy, Charlie, and Josephine Gralton.

Bob will be remembered with great admiration by all who knew him for his charm, charisma, intelligence, and love of making us laugh.

Visitation and eulogy will be held Thursday, October 1st from 4-6 pm at Shramka Funeral Home in Thiensville. Mass and burial will take place at Saint Mary's Church in Elm Grove on Friday, October 2nd at 11 am.
