Obituary for Michael Scott Schoenfeldt

Michael Scott Schoenfeldt
Born August 1, 1962
Found eternal life November 19, 2015

Michael was loving father of Robert Schoenfeldt (Shayla Glenn), Amy Schoenfeldt (Robert Cleveland), Ryan Freeman, Brian Schoenfeldt and Keifer Shutic-Blaine. Beloved grandfather to Isaiah, Elijah, Sophia and Hayden. Further survived by his mother, Judy Schoenfeldt, sisters Linda Williams and Lisa Peplin, former wives Tammy Schoenfeldt and Jennifer Shutic, and by many nieces and nephews.
Michael served our country through the United States Army in the early 1980’s. After returning to the states, having been stationed in Germany, he took a few accounting courses at MSOE-Milwaukee campus. He took many jobs but had good careers at MilSov, Inc and Dana Corp where he made many friends that he would keep for years to come.
The past few years had taken a toll on Michael’s body and health causing him a great deal of struggle. Although severely missed, our hope is that he has found peace and comfort in god’s loving arms. No more pain, no more suffering. A memorial is set for Friday, December 11, 2015 at 10:00 am.
Southern Wisconsin Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery 21731 Spring St., Union Grove, WI 53182
A 15 minute prayer will take place followed by full military honors presented by the military’s Honor Guards. Michael will then be laid to rest. All are welcome to join the services. We apologize that there will not be a luncheon at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be more appreciated to help with the expenses of this unforeseen event. Michael truly loved all who were a part of his life in his own way, family and friends. He will be forever missed, but will remain alive in our memories and hearts.
