Wagner, Walter R. "Wally"
Born to Eternal Life on August 10, 2016 at the age of 97 at Linden Grove. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Shirley and loving granddaughter Karen. Survived by Nancy (Ward) Carr, Barbara (Rod) Janka and James (Mary) Wagner. Further survived by grandchildren Jeff (Barb) Carr, Jim (Cindy) Carr, Jennifer (Tim) Hink and Bob (Stephanie) Janka. Also survived by great-grandchildren Brad, Ryan and Paul Carr, Brianna, Amelia and Drake Hink and Vivian and Eden Janka.
Visitation on Monday, August 15 at Salem Ev. Lutheran Church, 6840 N. 107th Street from 1-3 PM with Service to follow at 3 PM. Entombment Tuesday at 9:30 AM at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield (please meet at cemetery in green parking area)
Walter served in the US Army 32nd division in World War II. He was a purple heart recipient. Memorials appreciated to Salem Ev. Lutheran Church. A special thanks to all the wonderful personnel at Linden Grove for their many acts of loving kindness!
