Viorignia and family, So sorry to hear of your loss. I was fortunate to have worked with Charlie on the Tosa PD for 21 years. I always found him to be passionate about his law enforcement role in general, and his work with juveniles in particular. He had an ability to maintain a balance and sense of humor in the most difficult of investigations. Great guy! God bless you and hold you tight.
