Obituary for Margaret A. Anthony

Entered into Eternal Life on Friday, October 13, 2017, just shy of her 96th birthday. Born in Chicago, IL on October 22, 1921 to Carter and Harriet Pederson. Margaret lived most of her life in Wisconsin. Beloved wife of the late Dr. James D. Anthony. In later years, she was married to Otto Woebbeking until his death in 2010. Preceded in death by her siblings Carter and Violet, and her daughter Judith Borowski. Dear sister of Carol (the late Don) Sorensen. Loving mom of James (Regina) Anthony and Alice (Raymond) Moy. Cherished grandma of Lori (Michael) Keene, John "Jay" (Leah) Borowski, Sarah (Ryan) Hilgert, Emma Anthony, Irene Anthony, Judith Moy and James Moy. Also loved by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Margaret was a dedicated volunteer for the American Red Cross and also worked in the public school system. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and crocheting. A sweet, gracious lady who always put her family first, Margaret will be missed by us all.

Visitation Saturday, Oct. 28, from 2-4 PM at the Schramka Funeral Home, W164 N9034 Water St., Menomonee Falls, followed by a Memorial Service at 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association, 620 S. 76th St. #160, Milwaukee, 53214, appreciated.
