Rapp Family, I was on vacation when the news of your Mom's passing was in the paper. I had the privilege of working with Lucy at Layton State Bank for many years and while there, considered her a friend and another "Mom". I know that heaven has another angel. Among my most cherished memories: grandma taking the bus all the way to Indianapolis to see me graduate from college, drinking half-cups of coffee in your kitchen, you leaping out of your garage when I picked you up for the rodeo, morning talks on my way to work, getting tips on how to make cream cheese torte, and a million more that don't come straight to mind but are part of me as I live and breathe.
