Wendy and Chris know that our thoughts and prayers are with the both of you at this time. One of the oldest memories I have is at a family get together at my Dad's house and Dennis, Uncle Sig, and my Dad sitting at a table playing cards. If anyone ever asked me to describe Dennis my immediate answer would be mild mannered, and respectful to everyone. It was truly my honor to have known him and for him to be in our extended family. I was so sorry Wendy to here about how sick Dennis was. I feel a terrible lose and can not imagine how you feel. Rick and I really enjoyed getting to know you guys. Dennis was the last one I had to hear stories about my Dad. I felt that they had a great time together. I so badly wanted to come and see you guys in the nursing home and I never made it. In memory of Dennis, who indeed was quiet, but who cared so deeply about people and our innocent animals. I will always remember and appreciate his support and concern during the illness and death of my husband and my subsequent illness. He had a very compassionate heart.

We were honored to know Dennis for the last 15 years as a neighbor and friend. Our daughter Emma would run over to talk to him every time she saw him outside working on his car. Dennis was a kind and caring man who really loved his family. He was so proud of Wendy and Chris. He will be deeply missed, but our lives are so much better for having known him.
