Condolence: Our deepest sympathy to Ralph's family and friends. We enjoyed the times he and my mother Keiko came to Washington for vacation. He was a gentleman, kind and loving. He met Keiko doing volunteer work to help others. He not only gave her rides to appointments but gave her a richer life because he was in it. We will always be grateful for him and keep him in our hearts with fond memories.
